Frequently Asked Questions

What would you like to know?

Everything about how we work, what we build, and what to expect when you work with us.

Sudyog builds luxury residential and commercial spaces. We take on full turnkey execution, high-specification construction, and interior fit-outs — from brief to handover, under one roof.
Turnkey construction means a single firm handles everything from foundation to final fitting. You hand over a brief; we deliver a finished space, ready to move into. No managing parallel contractors, no chasing timelines across vendors, no gaps between disciplines. One point of contact, start to finish — and one party accountable for the result.
Homeowners, developers, and businesses who have a clear vision for their space and expect that vision delivered without compromise. Our clients tend to be people for whom the finish, the detail, and the discipline of execution matter as much as the design itself.
Delhi is our base. For projects of the right scope and ambition, we are open to conversations beyond it.
Yes, regularly. Many of our projects come with an architectural team already in place. Execution is our domain, and we see our role as protecting the design intent — translating it faithfully into the built space, without dilution.
Two things, mostly. The first is an unwavering commitment to quality, held in place not by good intentions but by refined systems and processes that govern every stage of a build — from material selection to site supervision to final commissioning. The second is the calibre of the people who run those systems. We have built one of the strongest teams in the business, and it is that combination — disciplined process and serious craft — that lets us deliver work others struggle to match.
It is not about expensive finishes alone. Luxury, to us, is precision — joinery that sits flush, surfaces that meet cleanly, services that are invisible because they were planned, not patched. It is the absence of compromise in the places clients only notice years later.
Use the contact form on this page. The first conversation is a straightforward one — your project, your timeline, and whether we are the right fit for each other.
Cost in luxury construction depends on specification level, design, complexity, and project scope. There is no honest single number we could publish without misleading you. What we can promise is full transparency once we understand your brief, a detailed cost estimate before any commitment, and no surprises during execution.
From site mobilisation to handover, a typical Delhi NCR luxury residential project of Stilt + 4 Floors takes 18–24 months, depending on specification level, design complexity, and approval timelines. Larger or more elaborate projects extend beyond this. Timeline discipline is one of the foundations of how we work — every milestone is mapped, tracked, and reviewed.
With separate contractors, you coordinate between an architect, a structural consultant, an MEP team, a civil contractor, an interior designer, and multiple finishing contractors. Each accountable only for their slice, with gaps between disciplines unavoidable. With turnkey construction, one firm holds the brief, the budget, the timeline, and the standard. You hand over a vision; we deliver a finished space. Fewer parties, single accountability, no gaps where things fall through. The aim of turnkey construction is to reduce the client's headache of co-ordination between multiple agencies, and offer a one-point contact for all communication.
Yes, for projects of the right scope and ambition. Delhi NCR is our base, and we can operate anywhere within India and even outside, from here. For locations beyond, we structure a project team accordingly. The first conversation is the right place to discuss feasibility.
Every Sudyog project includes a defined defects-liability period covering structural, MEP, and finish quality issues for an agreed duration post-handover — even in cases where company level warranty is not available or has expired, our teams offer complete assistance to our clients in resolving any challenges they may face post move-in. Beyond that, we remain available; most of our long-term clients call us back for renovations, additions, or new projects, and we treat the relationship as ongoing rather than transactional.
